“Value is the best quality for the best price, and among mechanics, Chuck's the real MVP!
I brought my Saab in for a check engine light and some structural wear and it turned into an easter egg hunt to find the root of the problem. Given that I had a defunct foreign car, I knew it'd be a difficult and expensive repair. Yet Chuck tore through it and the bill was still under my expected budget!
The real cherry on top was the experience of the car driving better and better in the months since. It was probably just settling into the new parts, but it's nice feeling the car grow more responsive without any additional effort.

“Chuck was easy to work with and schedule a routine service and a few small repairs. He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises.
If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call.”
